Training Courses |
A student pursuing this undergraduate entry-level program must complete the athletic training major (64 credit hours) at Mars Hill. This major will allow a student to complete the necessary course work for the Board of Certification (BOC) examination through an undergraduate entry-level Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE) accredited program. A sample 4 year plan is available from the ATEP Program Director.
Requirements for Athletic
Training Major: 64 Hours
1. General Education Requirements
Students must complete the Liberal Arts
in Action Commons and Connector course
requirements of 52-55 semester hours.
Seven hours of Connector requirements
may be met by major requirements as follows:
